3. User Obligations

You must provide truthful and accurate information when submitting reviews, creating profiles, or interacting with the platform. All reviews must be based on genuine rental experiences and must reflect your honest opinion.

3.2 Prohibited Content

You must not post content that is:

3.3 Verification

4. LandlordCheck's Rights

4.1 Content Removal

LandlordCheck reserves the right to remove, edit, or refuse to publish any content that:

4.2 Account Suspension

4.3 Content Review

All reviews submitted to LandlordCheck are subject to moderation before being published. We aim to review and publish legitimate reviews within 48 hours of submission.

5. Disclaimer

Reviews on LandlordCheck reflect the personal experiences and opinions of individual tenants. LandlordCheck does not independently verify all claims made in reviews and does not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted content.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Users should conduct their own due diligence when making rental decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LandlordCheck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on information provided by other users.

Users are responsible for their own rental decisions and should not rely solely on information from LandlordCheck when entering into rental agreements.

7. Intellectual Property

By submitting content to LandlordCheck, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content.

The LandlordCheck name, logo, and platform design are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
